Spania GTA will launch the next iteration of the Spano at the 2015 Geneva Motor Show that is scheduled to be held next week. The Spanish Supercar manufacturer teased the model of Spano’s iteration. Seeing the teaser, we get an impression that the rear profile of the super car gets new updates that include exhausting piping, new lighting and above all, the car gets a new shape.
The old Spano was powered by a 8.4-litre V10 engine and the new model will sport a 8.0-litre V10 power train, slightly smaller than the previous model. But the new model will now dish out 925hp as the engine of the new model gets bi-turbos but the torque will remain the same at 1220Nm. The new iteration of Spano can accelerate from 0 to 100 kmph within 2.9 seconds and can attain a top speed of over 370 kmph.
As per a statement issued by GTA, the Spano will be built in collaboration with Graphenano, a Spanish company that is an R&D leader in graphene production. Spano will be the first car in the world to be built with graphene. The supercar’s bodywork, chassis will comprise of graphene, titanium, carbon fiber and Kevlar.
Key details about the Spanish supercar will be revealed at the 2015 Geneva Motor Show. Spania GTA will produce only 99 units of the Spano.
