The 2015 Mumbai International Motor Show (MIMS) showcased a wide range of super bikes and super cars from the leading automotive brands in India. While the magnificent Rolls Royce Ghost Series II Extended Wheelbase had dominated the Show, the Mercedes Benz CLA Class, BMW M4, Audi RS5 and Jaguar F-Type Convertible also added on to the glamor quotient of the Show.
Auto brands namely, Maruti Suzuki, Mahindra & Mahindra, Tata Motors, Honda, DSK, Hero, VW and Toyota also showcased their products at the event. Toyota Kirloskar showcased its Etios Cross, facelifted version of Fortuner and Innova. The new Innova that was showcased sported some visible styling that it has got in its exteriors and interiors. Besides that, the recently launched new Fortuner that is available with a 2.5-litre and a 3.0-litre diesel engine was also showcased in the event.
Classic Vintage cars were also on display. The 1929 Rolls Royce 20HP owned by Fali Dhondi, the M.G.TC 1947 owned by Yashwardhan Ruia and Wolsseley 1922 4-cylinder convertible owned by Nitin Dossa were some of the classics in the house.
Leading brands like Triumph, Benelli, Honda and Suzuki also showcased their range of super bikes. Benelli had showcased the soon to be launched TNT 1130, TNT 899 and the TNT 600GT and Triumph showcased its Daytona 675R and the Thunderbird LT. Besides that, the 2015 MIMS super bike line up saw super bikes like the Honda CBR1000R and Suzuki Hayabusa.
