The cabin sports an all-black theme; the dashboard and door panels get a carbon-fiber finish, the seats have new fabric covers and there’s the new 6.8-inch infotainment system that doubles as a rear parking camera. In terms of safety equipment, the special edition gets dual-front airbags, ABS with EBD and Isofix child seat mounts. The Etios Cross X Edition is powered by the same 80-hp, 1.2-litre petrol and 68-hp, 1.4-litre diesel engines that are coupled to a 5-speed manual transmission. The standard Etios Cross rivals the likes of the Fiat Avventura, VW Cross Polo and Hyundai i20 Active.
