Koenigsegg, a Swedish supercar maker will unveil the Agera RS and Regera models at the 2015 Geneva Motor Show that will be held on March 3, this year.
The Agera RS is expected to be an improved version of the Agera R that churns out 895kW and 1200Nm from its bi-turbocharged 5.0-litre V8 engine.
As per Koenigsegg, Regera will become the second ‘megacar’ mimicking the Koenigsegg One:1. Regera, which means ‘to rule’ or ‘to reign over’ in Swedish is likely to be positioned above the Koenigsegg One:1 and will churn out more than the 1000kW of power and 1371Nm of torque.
The company has been producing the Agera R since 2013 and both the models (Agera R and the One:1) can accelerate from 0 to 100 kms per hour in about 2.8 seconds.
Koenigsegg was established in 1994 in Sweden by Christian von Koenigsegg and since then the company has been producing super cars.
