Yamaha Ray-ZR Street Rally edition displayed at Auto Expo 2018

A company backed by Nest co-founder Tony Fadell is taking Andy Rubin's startup to court.

Yamaha has revealed the Street Rally version of the RayZR scooter at the 2018 Auto Expo. The bike maker has made a jazzed-up scooter even jazzier by adding cool and gorgeous graphics and not just that, there is extra equipment on offer too. For one look at the scooter and you’re eyes are bound to be attracted by the 6-spoke alloy wheels painted in gold. Unlike the regular RayZR, the Street Rally edition gets a gas-charged rear suspension again finished in gold while the spring is done in red. Next, you can’t help but notice the dual-tone seat finished in red and black.

Apart from these, the scooter also gets new gold-finished brake levers and new black and gold handlebar grips. The handlebar mounted panel is also different on the Street Rally edition. The RayZR Street Rally version continues to draw power from a 113-cc air-cooled engine which makes 7.2 PS of power and 8.1 Nm of torque. The motor comes combined with a CVT auto gearbox. The Yamaha RayZR Street Rally is likely to go on sale in the coming months and expect the prices to shoot up by a small margin.
